What information do we process?

Depending on what you do, we process your name or dedication name, email address, optional message and date, selected gift, order and payment status, billing address collected by Stripe, and support choices. For a physical product we also need the recipient’s name, delivery address and, if supplied, contact details. The website host may process technical information such as IP address and request logs for operation and security.

Why and on what basis?

We use order, gift and withdrawal-request details to provide purchases and support, on the basis of performing the agreement where applicable. We retain financial records where legally required and use limited technical information for security and operation. If consent is required for a separate use, we will request it.

Service providers and international transfers

Stripe processes checkout and recurring billing; Starlu does not receive your full card number. Resend sends transactional email. Our hosting and database providers operate the website, and Prodigi receives details needed to print and deliver a physical order when available. These providers may process data outside your country; applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider and relevant law.

When you open an external catalogue link, the destination’s own privacy notice applies.

Gift links and retention

Anyone with a gift link or code can view the dedication; do not share it publicly unless you intend to. We retain data as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention may differ by record type.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity and some records may need to be retained by law.
